Proof that wild nature sits minutes from the centre. Cross the wild common of Amager Faelled, run the lagoon and dunes of Amager Strandpark to the spiral sea bath at Kastrup and the whirlpool aquarium of Den Bla Planet, then turn inland to the grazing cattle and huge skies of Kalvebod Faelled and Naturcenter Amager. Stock up first - the wild stretches have no cafes.
